How to prevent obesity

Obesity is a disease, you need to treat it and for it you don't need fancy exercise
 equipment or an expensive gym membership to shed your extra flabs. Obesity is a major risk factor for serious chronic diseases and conditions like hypertension, diabetes, DVT, sleep apnea or infertility.

Here, are some practical tips to prevent obesity:

1. The first step is to make healthier lifestyle choices in your routine. Eat healthy. Including fruits, green vegetables, cereals, whole grain food. Avoid sweets, junks,packed and refined food products.

2. Small is always good. Eat small meals and chew your food slowly. It will allow you to consume maximum nutrients and digest properly.

3. Fix just 30 minutes from your 24 hours for cardiovascular exercises  It is essential to exercise at least thrice a week. Exercises can be of Walking, jogging, running, swimming and cycling.

4 . Avoid alcohol consumption and be a non-smoker. Most alcohols increase your fat level and Nicotine suppresses the appetite but its side effects are bad for your health.

5. Ignore popular quick-fix weight loss remedies unless they are medically approved. As, these methods just an illusion to your eyes, will definitely get you in shape, but you will regain excess weight as quickly as you lost it.

6. Give your life a second chance, don't socially ostracize yourself even though society is pushing you. Stay away from Depression and stress. There are various available solutions like diet modification, fat burning exercises.
